Meet the Xmas NPC's:
1. Planting your own Xmas Tree
Visit the Xmas Tree holder, Longbo who is located in Ricarten town.
Longbo is renting Xmas Trees (two versions, just different visual). He does this every year, hasn't missed a single Xmas! Absolute legend he is.
Rent one of his trees and place the tree anywhere you want (you can do so by right clicking on it).
Decorate your own tree with decorations or gift your friends!
Place 10 of the same decorations type on your own Xmas Tree and Santa Claus will personally put Gift Boxes under your tree!tree to get a reward!
Collect decorations by hunting Evil Snowman or Santa Goblin.
The next day (5 AM server time), all gifted stuff becomes available for retrieval at the Xmas Girl by the owners of the trees and all Xmas trees disappear.
Note:
Last day to decorate your tree is 1 day before the event end date. Last day to collect your gift is the event end date. Gift cannot be collected on the day after the event end date.
2. Crafting your own Xmas Costume or Xmas Belt
Rudolf, who is located in Ricarten near the Warpgate, says he will craft you a Xmas Costume if you bring him the pieces he needs to craft one!
There are 2 types of Xmas Costumes, the Red and the Green one. There are 7 pieces you must collect to get a Costume, 4 of those pieces are generic, meaning they can be used to create both Costumes, the other 3 pieces are specific for the type of Costume that you want (Green or Red). There's a chance to get a Christmas belt whenever you craft a costume.
These are the pieces:
Antler (Generic) Scarf (Generic) Bell (Generic) Snowball (Generic) Green Button (for a Red Costume) Green Sack (for a Red Costume) Red Cloth (for a Red Costume) Red Button (for a Green Costume) Red Sack (for a Green Costume) Green Cloth (for a Green Costume)

There's just one catch, those pieces can only be collected if you hunt the Evil Snowman. They appear in all fields.
First, find an Evil Snowman or Santa Goblin.
He will drop one of the 10 pieces, for instance in this case it's a Green Cloth:
After you've collected the 7 pieces you need, bring them to Rudolf whose location is at Ricarten Town in exchange for a Xmas Costume!
By the way, Evil Snowman also drop decorations.
3. Obtaining Xmas Weapons
You get Xmas Weapons from crates. There are two different crates to be found each with different contents. You can get both crates from a Gift Box or as a drop from the event monsters.
Xmas Weapon Crate
5% chance: Permanent Xmas Weapon as a Weapon Skin or Xmas Shield/Orb as a Shield Skin. Equipable in the Weapon Skin slot or Shield Skin slot. 10% chance: Permanent Xmas Weapon as a toy (special stats). Equipable in the Weapon slot. Xmas Shield and Xmas Orb do not exist in this variation. 85% chance: Temporary 3-day clone Xmas Weapon or Xmas Shield/Orb with stats cloned from your currently equipped item. Equipable in the Weapon or Shield slot.
The item you get is based on the item you are currently wearing. However if you are wearing an item that has no matching Xmas item, you get a random one instead.
Elf Xmas Item Crate
100% chance: Permanent Elf Xmas Item as a Weapon/Shield Skin. Equipable in the Weapon/Shield Skin slot.
The item you get is based on the item you are currently wearing. However if you are wearing an item that has no matching Elf Xmas Item, you get a random one instead.
4. Obtaining Elf Costumes
You can get an Elf Costume from the Special Gift Box. You get the Special Gift Box from a Gift Box, or as a drop from the event monsters.
The Elf Uniform (male) or Elf Dress (female) you get depends on your class!

Join the Festival
Access the Lake of Fortune by warping through the Fortune Portal in Greedy Lake. Lake of Fortune is an open event map only available during the Festival.
Join with a party of friends to complete plenty of quests together, you will be helping the festival organizers by kicking out the unwelcome party crashers and lighting up commemoratory firecrackers!
Obtain Red Envelopes
Obtain Red Envelopes by completing 2 daily quests (resets at 00:00 server time) and 2 repeatable quests (1 hour cooldown) inside the Lake of Fortune. You can get those quests from Spiritmaster, Kroan and Festival Vendor, Zhoei. The repeatable quests can only be done once every hour.
The Red Envelopes you gain from those quests can be used to craft various exclusive Good Fortune Festival items at Spiritmaster, Kroan.
