What is this carnival hat gives?

10% exp more, lasts 24hours, exclude exp potion

Mean they won't stack? So you can't use the hat if you have exp up on?

They are additive and stack :)

Where exactly do we get these Fruits? / make the hats not much explained here and first time ive done this event

We get those fruits by killing some bears that appears randomly at every map (event mob). You need to collect 6 different fruits then talk with the carnival girl (ricarten, near the event girl), you'll get a Carnival Hat wich gives you 10% exp for 24h.

In my opinion the drop rate is too slow, killed on the double spawn in Oasis for something like 50 minutes and got only 8 fruits. 

Until when will NPC stay in the city so I can change the fruits at the best time?

saw 3 bears in AD3 in 2 hours and only 1 dropped something

its pretty hard get something in this event

Can you use the TuttiFrutti Hat during the whole year or only during the Carnival Event?

Like exp up, have 24hrs, it gone when timeout.

Can you fix the drop rate please? almost impossible to get fruits atm...
