Doubt about change in EXP Service

I do not know where to make the post about this doubt so I'll do it here, sorry, but I just want to ask a question about the new mode of exp service.
If possible, please answer me.
1 If Customer wants to hire 100 tri and he makes payments each 25 tri, will I have to pay 1kc fee for each payment received?
2 The customer pays the service in advance, do I only receive the coins when I finish the service?
3 If this is so if the client hires 100 tri I will only receive coins when finalizing those long 100 tri?

1. If Customer wants to hire 100 tri and he makes payments each 25 tri, will I have to pay 1kc fee for each payment received?
   Buyer need to pay the service in full to GM as per instruction and we will release the payment to agent once the service is completed. It is 5% fee not 1kc as this has changed to make it suitable for small deal.
2. The customer pays the service in advance, do I only receive the coins when I finish the service?
   Yes as advise on the post.
3. If this is so if the client hires 100 tri I will only receive coins when finalizing those long 100 tri?
   Indeed you have to unless you negotiate the deal for every 25 tri and make post each time.

the poor exp service thanks God not me was charge for his work awtsu

thats why he is doing service its bcoz he need coins then instead he lost some
