How to play pure archer? and skills questions. lvl 132

I usually play hybrid archer and every time I switch to Summer Cloth - I die non stop.. I need some advice on how to play her safely and what mixes to use on ALL gear (defense and damage gear)

 

And now for skills:

I have heard that skills got changed a bit.

This is my current build:

 

Archer mastery 10

Golden falcon 10

Bomb shot 10

Spare points: Perfo 10, Wind arrow 10, Arrow of Rage 10

 

tier 4 tier 5 max

 

 

Ava was nerfed so we all know that atk rating is useless now.

 

so what skill is better for xp: perfo vs AOR vs BS?

what is better for hunt: perfo vs BS vs Wind Arrow?

what is the best skill for DIQ?

Hello,

Summer armor is pretty weak since it adds no abs, small def (as most pure armors). You could try with DarkGaia armor BSM/BSOL or Thales +22/BSM/BSOL, both add similar defense but greater abs and block; you could also try Cuepy armor since it adds 100 range you could be in a much safer zone considering tanking's a problem.

Whatever armor you are going for the best mix for "pure" archer, no matter context, is Sapphire Finesse Mix or Sol Finesse Mix, both add high abs and HP, similar idea goes for set, you should always go for HP mixes (vitality mix), when talking about boots you should see what's best for you: one mix adds higher amount of HP & MP but no abs vs mix#2 abs + speed + smaller HP, people usually goes for velocity tho.

For weapons, on PvE, Its always better aged +22 bc no mix can achieve bigger ATK pow & Critical (specially critical), but when mixing I recommend you Critical Mixes #2 since those add HP (but less critical), you can always play with it, see what works best for you.

Shields +22 or whatever Block Mix. 

Archers survival depend on evasion and block, and being able to tank 1 maybe 2 hits so you have time to run. If you are searching for a tanking build, stay with hybrid cause pure its not possible

 

Skills are shittier now, 

Go for ScoutHawk 10 it adds 100% RTG alone and 50% when using GFalcon. Falcon is not my fave but may save you sometimes bc regen.

I'm not so sure about AoE skills for exp map, but in my experience, BombShot is better if u have at least 2 demon type mobs, with fewer/none demon monsters AoE works kinda better. For DIQ I recommend you BShot.

and... hunting um, PH, Wind armor only against normal and Bshot is pretty good against most monsters too

As u said, only Bomb Shot is good after COUNTLESS of testings ?

 

But why scouthawk + dion eye 10? we dont use avalanche so we never miss skills.

if u cant miss,  atk rating is pointless..

Ur mostly right, but rtg matters for phoenix shot! Its a thing if u consider PvP. Keep Dion’s eye on 1 (no one mentioned it) its based on your bow so it adds up to... idk 200rtg? Nothing

hi you are an expert in AS, im new here. Just have a question, I am wondering does thales armor have AS or Nospec even you respec it many  time. If it have AS , what static does it have on spec . Thanks for reading my question
