Suggestion for Server Maintenance

I've been playing since 2005, and have always seen some servers with these maintenance issues taking almost a month sometimes, I played a particular server that when it happened they put the server in PK mode, with character level maximum when creating it and the store coins full and leaves the pvp full PK, and with that carried out the long maintenance without any loss of players or players irritated by the server being offline

It would be nice a server released only during the maintenance

where you can test a character 16x with all items age + 22 skill reset and status to choose the best build etc ...
New players could better understand the potential of the server.
