PRS build for lvling

Hello all, I'm thinking of lvling a prs for fun, but I'm not sure what skills to pump, and what stats to pump.

 

I played a prs for abit, till around 7x on official ePT, but I'm thinking since skills and stuff were reworked on rPT, there might be a little changes I would want to make..

 

I'm assuming the best build for xping (lower lvls, maybe till around 9x for now) would be to pump enough str/agi/tal for gear, and to split the rest of the stat points between spirit and health? Just not entirely sure what the ratio should be like.. some posts suggest 100 health, some suggest alot more like 200-ish (at lvl 105).. so just wanted to see what you guys think would be best? My prs will most probably be solo-tanking spawns, and mass killing while I have another char leech xp off her. So I want her to be able to take on a decent sized spawn and kill fast enough.

 

As for skills, since there is CL, I'm assuming I should keep DL at 1, and raise skills in this order: VL->Holy Reflection -> Extinction -> Holy Mind (?), or should there be other skills I should be focusing on? Maybe get DL higher before I get CL?

 

For tier 4 skills, I'm not sure if I should max out muspell or CL first.. Anyone has any suggestions? And why I should max out either one first?

If you're lvling by yourself, then skills wise you would want AoEs. DL 10 until you can get CL. Otherwise you won't have any skill to EXP with. When you can have CL then just reset skills. VL 10 as soon as you can. VB lvl1 for 1v1. Rest of the skills is pretty much up to you.

 

If you're gonna leech off another char then ignore the bit about DL + CL

 

Spirit for prs isn't as important as you think it would be. Regardless, prs are not mass killers in the higher EXP maps in rPT. You're still gonna be a VL whore. Enough spirit/tal/agil/str for gear and rest into health.

Oh I was thinking of playing my prs and have my mech leech off her hehe.. I'm aware they can't do much at higher lvls, but I figured I'd stop at around 9x.. I think CL still kills pretty well in ct1 and ct2 and i2? Alright, I'll go see what lvl I can use crystals till haha, then I'll see if I want to bother getting DL.. Is CL at lvl 1-3ish better than DL 10? If it is then I prolly wouldn't even get DL 10 cuz you can xp pretty fast with crystals till 7x-ish

Mech exp's pretty decent on its own, but its up to u if u still want a prs.  Just check out the builds un the mech section.

u need to follow build unless you are soloing, otherwise prs can always be in party and just to give vl all the way

to add my 2 cents, i respectivly disagree on this point, ive played a Prs since a few weeks after tier 2 came out in ept, ive seen the progression of chars, seen rock prietsing, played as t3/t4 was added, and in my oppinion

Spirit not bieng important is not true at all, people put stats into Hp because it makes it easier, but in fact if you just get used to the lower Hp and get some solid experiance playing the char, i know people are a fan of trading

chars on this server, and that combined with better items, in my oppion this has led to a lack of experianced players in each class, since playing the game is almost trivial, i do acknowladge that this server is not as bad as

others and that it is definitly one of the more rounded of the servers i have played on, but i wont digress as that is another matter not particularly relevent, anyway the point i was that then i dont think the lower Hp is a problem

at all, though i agree some skills weight Spirit more then others, but i have acctually done the math on skills, and the dmg increas on VB  of low Hp compared to High Hp can be 50% or more, now im not saying go min Hp stat, but

i dont think more then 150 is necessary. again, this is just my oppinion, and i think that the only thing i would ever change to make Spirit more important is to change the added dmg in CL from Spirit/2, to Spirit

VB isn't used for mass killing though, is it and even with that "50%" dmg increase, it is still a minuscule amount to be dealing damage in pvp or 1v1 situations

 

nevertheless, I said that it isn't as important as people think it is. Until there is a new formula for prs skills, it would probably stay that way.

lol, the good ol rock priest days. Took me weeks to meet enough people to let me join in and be able to climb that stupid wall effectively. I always jumped down and played around in the monster mash until i was about dead and then skurried up the wall. Someone had to teach the stupid meat shileds how to drag monsters in to range. This is impossible since ice meteorite damage base on spirit. not wand/staff attack power.

this is very possible because ice meteorite wasn't released when this post was made. Obviously builds now will be different.
