Need help with Build, Items and Stats

What is the best skill build for:

1. PVE (DIQ and Solo XP Map)

2. PVP

 

Stat:

Str = max

Rest = Minimum req for item?

 

Items:

I heard that you can get bonus if you use same daggers with same age or something.

Where can I read this information?

I've also been struggling with this for a while, but I figured out some stuff as well as got info from other Ass in-game.

 

Main 1x1 skill is Finishing blow

Main AOE skill is Shadow Bomb, but the poison one is great on mutants.

As for PVP I believe people use Violent Stub and finishing blow.

 

Str is the main one

Int is 64-68

Talent is about 90 I believe

Agility is something between 130-140 for high level equipment

As for health - I've seen people saying to invest at least 100 points and other saying to not waste a single point in this one.

 

I have no idea how daggers work in this game. I've noticed that if they do different damage depending on which hand they are (even if you still use the same 2 daggers, but swap them, your status changes) so I just check my status whenever I get a new one.
