Impulsion

Just curious, how does the damage for impulsion work?

For instance at lvl 10, the skill description states 460-540 spark damage and 15 sparks.

Does this mean that within the stipulated range of 280, it will hit 15 mobs, and each hit on each mob will deal 460-540 damage? Also does it add on to your weapon or total Atk Power? Or is it independent of the wep used and the total atk power and is a static damage skill like spark?

Ahh alright, thanks so much. Just curious though, would imp+spark make a good SoD builD? I was thinking of going that route for SOD but I realized it would be terrible for trying to kill bosses @_@

It was good on the old SoD, with lower mobs. Now I think it won't be that good at higher rounds
