The only "flaw" for decreasing level requirement is people who grinded hard for the level is at an disadvantage. 

 

First of all I don't think everyone can afford 138 +22 as easily as you might think. It still costs a bunch. Not everyone is a donator on this server. 

 

Secondly if we are kept at 3 ages per level it will benefit the economy because there will be more trading. 4 I agree is overkill. But honestly the economy is unpredictable so no one can know for sure if it is or not.

 

Thirdly you already have your advantage with being higher in level. All games always become easier over time due to new content. Remember when there were no party quests? People had to grind maps to level up? Should we make SS exp as fast as DIQ and HS SL? Because players who are above 15X prior to SS release wasted so much time grinding inefficiently at DIQ and HS SL when they could be making 3x the exp compared to now.  I don't see them crying about the "loss time" they had when something faster and more efficient is out.

If 3 will win and 2 will be out the sol vigor will kinda be useless like for axe 130+22 162-173 but has a 500 atk rating and only level 137 and axe138 sol vigor 167-179 with only 327atk rating for level 138 sol mixes will be out when 3 or 4 wins , yes it is good but will also need to upgrade the mix effect as well


i want to see 3 wins
but ofcourse mixes needs some upgrades aswell to balance the market so that no one will only buy +22 items

Exactly, there is no hard and fast rule over this aging requirement. Lets not put wartale into a cheap server. I mean come on, lets preserve the aging system. New item coming? So be it. 

 

Again the main issue here is not about aging requirement, its about gaining exp.

I think in the future we will have new sheltoms, probably new aging cap like +26 and more (maybe +40 XD ). So 4 agings per level is really cool.

I don't think you will leave the game just because of this change. Everyone who voted 2 have invested way too much time to give up because of this change. I already refute your point in my previous post. Don't be a hypocrite just because a change doesn't benefit you.

I want people to consider that this community also have casual players. Not everyone feels good using their whole time to play a game. This Age question make this issue comes to life, do not ignore it. The ones who play hard, will simply play hard. There's players out there who already have even more lvl to use 146/148 items.

My vote keeps to 4 age 1 lvl.

agrre to this... if person reach lvl that can use +22 now...he will be lazy to exp,, and yet he will be do nothing... 
if you do nothing in game what makes u play? BC? i dont think so ....

then who benefits the 3 and 4? the free players...what about those high lvl who spend money and donate to keep server up? and voted 2?

Free players? Then why are you afraid of the change? Free players for sure can't afford 138-140 +22.

 

You guys already donated and got your gear. Now lower level players could choose to donate and purchase those gears which results in Wartale making more money.

@Wartale please understand this is total ridiculous. What low lvl players need to do is lvl up to be high lvl players. These people want to have all rights without fighting for nothing. Make this change to 4 is a huge mistake.

Three or four does not make much a difference, well because current max item requires Lv151 to wear all, changing to three or four, requires Lv147 or Lv145, the difference is less, so three or four is either way to me, while two is definitely more demanding on leveling up. (I vote four though, because my level is so low, sorry guys, but I make my post general <3)

 

It all comes down to the question:

What is the periodical cycle of releasing 146 / 148 / 150 / 152... items?

If so, what is the planned time for the next release?

Is that time around 3 years, 5 years or 7 years?

 

For every 3 years:

2020 Lv144 map Lv142 weapon Lv144 amour  

2023 Lv148 map Lv146 weapon Lv148 amour

Two is definitely too demanding, for the current Lv144 amour that is going to be out, only Lv155 can wear it to +22, definitely too few players, and then for the next map and items you released, which is Lv148 amour, only Lv159 can wear it to +22, only so few can wear it that you can count with your fingers, BC will be hilarious, following the above timeline, it will be 2023, a game where items are designed and made for less than 10 players, and power gap between a Lv159 vs.14x and other lower 15x will be so imbalanced, BC can literally be played to win with a clan of a few top players, hands down.

Looking at Level Ranking in Account Panel, there are like a few hundreds of 15x~16x (some players have several 16x 15x belonging to them, so there's actually less) and mostly are still 14x, probably thousands of them, well many are inactive, or some come back and go, but looking back at your server lifetime, these thousands of 14x are 13x / 14x since like 2014..? I don't know, it's 2019 now, and thousands of 14x are still 14x, some of them get like 50% exp per year, and they leveled up from 14x to still.. 14x from 2014 to 2019, that is a bloody 5 years, yeah I know some hardcores moved up from 14x to 16x, but I'm looking at your big bulk of players, of course including less active ones, so I don't know, you can make gearing require less levels, but can you make leveling require less levels..?

 

Eventually there will just be a WALL, so that there are less and less that are willing to hit that wall, and that's the end of the life of an old MMORPG like PTale, unless you want to go for other routes like World of Warcraft / Black Desert, that means adding new content without stressing players' levels and without adding new item level requirement OR adding new content that make all the previous items incomparable and make current player level useless, there is no in between because of this leveling wall, eventually leveling to a certain level will be impossible, at least impossible to someone eventually. A game like PTale that stresses on leveling, there is no other option, unlike other modern games there are plenty other fun activities to engage on beside leveling, here you only have PvP, aging toys, SoD, Boss-ing, farming low level map for gold, shit talk in trade chat, other modern mmos have fishing, sailing, trading, housing, world war, alchemy, exploration, harvesting, taming pets, treasure hunting, etc. well here you can expand on PvP, but I don't know how are you going to reward the players, PvP for EXP / items..? 

 

By the way, there is still a handful of 13x 12x 11x, I see over the years the love for your top players and donators, how about Iron Core Quest, improvement on CT3 Quest, and adding more solo quest for 13x 12x, everyone says it's faster to level up from 132 to 140, BUT slower to level up from 120 to 132. Well, I'm done commenting, at least many still love this game and stayed on, both the players and the makers <333

 

TL:DR three or four does not make a much difference, two is too much for high level players due to the level distribution of the player base being like this for several years and will continue to be like this for the next several years, so this is indeed a nice suggestion, let's keep it to three or four.

Well, it's too late to come back to 2 agings per level because many players already aged his items (like me :D ). We need more aging level to +24 for using Sol ?

I don't undearstand why it's up to the community to decide.

First: Isn't wartale that balance the damage from the new map? Aren't the new items max aged supposed to be used as a base for the balance of the map?

How do Wartale balance the map monster stats? How much % does a max aged complete gear is supposed to offer as a reduction to damage received and time to kill an enemy? Please, let's have a fixed formula to balance this game.
