If he got reported once, sure people might buy it that he's the victim. But a second time? Sorry, that's just pushing the limits. Also, I've mentioned this, but I believe the GMs do check logs before banning someone, they'll not just ban someone for no reason. Especially since this is a scam, there isn't much room for error. Trade logs don't lie.

as gee told me .... the buyer said to him you can use the gb to buy anything you want to buy? let the buyer reply on this ...

 

at the same time ... since gm always said xp serv at ur own risk ... then why bother ban the scammer? why dont ban the posting ofr xp serv or make it legalised? buyer restore his/her item in this case?

The deal was, exp serv for 1kk. Two days later 17% was done.....

I mean, ask mcse89, how long 17% takes on that lvl and we will know what a real exp serv is.

 

The fact GM said, 'at your own risk' is ok, thats whhy the scammed guy will not get his gold back.

a gm wont banned without  checking logs .. and are you with him when the buyer tells he can use the golds to buy items?

theres is no problem defending but please be sure that you  are defending a safe one . .not 2nd time scammer
