Lets Do a Where's Waldo Event

I have had an idea to come up with an event for all players that will be fun. The Where's Waldo Event is meant for all players and will be done throughout all maps. Waldo will be found throughout certain areas throughout the game in all different maps at all different times. Waldo will drop rare and non-rare items (Mostly non-rare), but who cares you still have a chance at extremly rare items. Everyone will love this event because who doesn't want to get a rare item? If you think this a good idea please post all of your comments here. Game-Masters please take this idea and turn it into something positive for all players. I'LIKE   its just like wanted moriph. but i thinks its better coz i want some rare items

I thnk this is a very good idea but its not what i think its what ohter players think and Game Masters think

It's quite similar to the wanted moriph event, just a different person to look out for. I guess it wouldn't be hard to implement, but maybe GMs would just rather implement the wanted moriph event? But maybe increase the drops from just sheltoms to other rare drops as well
