Babel spawn time?

From my understanding, Babel is considered as "Hunt Boss".

I checked the app which is saying that hunt boss spawn at XX:35 server time, meaning they spawn each hour at XX:35.

 

3 times already I've checked, went 5 minutes in advance to HOP to babel spawn location, waiting 10 minutes (total from XX:30 until XX:45) and he didn't spawned.

 

Am I doing it right?

 

 

nvm, checked again and saw they changed it to XX:20..

if today the boss time is xx:20 tomorow will be xx:35 and the next day xx:50 and so on alwais 15 min +

Yes! Check the Boss Time of the day

Some very strong player can kill him in a second.

If you do not arrive early you will lose.

If you are doing the quest Babel's Horn and already have someone in place or someone arrives let you know that you are doing the quest.
Some people kill Boss quickly and don't care if there's anyone in quest.

So far I've been asking countless players to let me do the mission, they don't say a freaking word and just kill it. This mission is stupidly frustrating.
