XPing with my 2 chars.

If I am Xping with my Mech and have my FS tanking for example (not that its needed...its a mech) and I control click my fighter in order to spark the enemies (Not with the minimize bug) is that legal in the game?

It should be ok to use as long as you are not AFK while doing it. If it is illegal, then all the Xper in RPT would have been banned by now.
