Problema ao tentar logar (Laucher crashes on logon screen)

Bom dia a todos,

 

Estou tendo um problema toda vez que abro o jogo, na tela de login ele trava após 3 segundos aberto, alguém tem algum sugestão?

 

After i running the game, the logon screen crashes after 4 seconds or less, anybody have a suggestion to solve this problem?

Yes, i tried two options, i have tried configure to open has a administrator with compatibility with Win 7, no success ;(

 

And the game was update normally, but the fail still happening
