Question about the price of items when selling them to a NPC

So while doing the 110 ET quest of killing 100 spirits I dropped two items, a 104 KS+ sword and a 96 PS+ scythe. When I went to sell them to the NPC just outside the entrance to ET, I noticed that the prices differed drastically, and not only that, weirdly enough the 96 scythe had a WAY bigger price than the 104 sword. Is there any clarification on how this works? I've looked for it in game guides and some forum browsing, but I haven't found anything :c

you need to wait 10 minutes before selling them to NPC otherwise, you only get 10% of actual price.

Is this stated anywhere? I've looked for it but didn't find anything, so I was wondering if it is said somewhere, and if it isn't, it probably should be in the "game guides" section of the wartale site since it bugged me for so long that I finally decided to ask this in the forums.

it was done so that high levels cant run into ET1 and mass farm weapons and run to the NPC just outside every three minutes and make 2mil.. which is what i did before that patch came out lol.  Another gold sink to help even out the economy.
