I think Dias is better in PVP and UP's because dias received one fix in patch 5187 i think (dont remember) but Dias now is scaling by speed weapon so 2 dias >> 1 stone spike...

 

Maybe dias is the better option overwall.

so i sohlud be useing stone spike instead of flame wave in exp maps? like mystery desert? would i be worth having my amplify lvl 1 and lvl stone spike instead then?

Flame wave still the best skill of mage, it stronger than stone spike. Using stone spike only when you lazy, staying still and kill monsters surrounded.

Amplify add attack rate which it no help in exp maps, you can leave it level 1. Mage only need attack rate for 2 skills Death Ray and Dance of Calamity.

Anyway, stone spike stronger than diastrophism for sure.

ye soz meant ot say keep Magic Source lvling up 1st not Amplify, ye guess i will if flame wave is stornger even for exp maps.
