I don't think so, but you can get the exp potion. 24 hours for 1 eu.

What is the use then?

It will attack monsters with a certain attack (not sure what, it's probably on the website)

If the phoenix is yellow, it will heal instead of attack.

Phoenix Egg can be collected on all maps from Lost Temple and following bosses: Setonian, Mokovian, Gladiator, Hell Beast, Gorgonyte, Sphinx, Dark Guardian, Kelvezu, Prince, King Babel.
