Hi all friends,

Today I posted a ks report and got rejected for not following HowTo even though I already checked all requirements in HowTo before posting it. Getting ks while playing this game is very frustrated to me and I do not want this happens again to any others good players.

Can my friends please take a look at my pictures in this below link and teach me what I have missed in my report?

I really need your opinions so I can improve my experience while playing this game.

your report will be rejected because nearest screenshot clean spawn and first KS screenshot is over 15min ( 22:42  and 23:14).

is it clear?

As it states in HowTo,

"

New rule: You must have SS of spawn clear for 3 minutes

  - Name of the reported user

  - A KS warning must have been given

  - A list of screenshots, look below:

      1. Screenshot of clean-spawn. Max around 30 minutes old

      2. Screenshot after the KS warning is given

      3. Screenshot after you were KS'ed in about 10 minutes"

 

So, 22:42  to 23:14 is roughly about 32 minutes, "Max around 30 minutes old" means that it can be around 30 minutes ( such as ...25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35...), it did not states that screenshot must be exactly 30 minutes or under 30 minutes, so I think my "32 minutes of clear spawn ss" is around 30 minutes timeframe.

So did Gm explain to you the reason for rejection is what you told me in previous reply or you just assume that? 

I just do not like the way it got rejected without any explanation.
