Pets and crystals should be useful other wise all range classes r doomed to use another char as a tank , which is stupid in my opinion

Technically, crystals should not be that much useful on the highest map, where in SL everyone can use pets and never get attacked, just need to auto attack/cast and play the game brainlessly, wearing Summer with the strongest weapon you can afford and never have to care about defensive items (which are literally everything else beside the weapon).

 

Forcing players to 1v1 against monster and disabling Pet on SS was a brilliant move, saved the game from ResidentSleeper mode, and even so it's not even that hard, most characters can win a Rock if the players actually have a brain and can use life pot with some basic physical interaction with the keyboard and mouse, and it'd make defensive items actually be useful.

 

And if you wanna be an auto Mech wearing Summer and auto attack monsters forever without taking hits or controlling your char, then too fvcking bad you don't deserve to play a game like this.

 

Of course people are crying because this change makes the game harder to play, because everyone just wanna auto-pilot and watch Twitch on second monitor instead of actually putting effort in the game.

 

In the case where players play auto mech AND buy a second account as free tanker because they are rich, well don't worry, being gay twice doesn't make them straight.

Hi Ryan,

 

There is a difference between SS & SL and not a small one : the AOE damage.

Moobs in SS do high AOE damage, so even if there’s crystal or a pet, you get hitted sometime.

 

Beside that, your post confirm that its necessary to make pets & crystals useful in SS because ATM, a ranger HAVE TO use a tank & it’s not fun for them since they never have to use HP pots. 
 

Useful crystals & pets make the game more challenging for everyone & less boring (dual mode) .

oh yes! im really happy with this "brilliant move", when finally i reach 144 level i need to buy a 144 char full in stead to buy my own itens... very fun this "mechanic" that forces you to play in 2 accounts, very happy with this!
