Why do you play on Wartale?

Wartale seems to be, without a doubt, the most populated PT server around. It has a good amount of features, with some being custom which sets it apart from other places.

But the same can be said of other servers which have their own features/balance.

What makes you play here?

Hmm... good question honestly... 

 

I play BPT(Brasil Wartale),for lot's of years so,for me i know if one bad sever,and no balancing char's. Since i stop to play BPT i go to Wartale to try play here.  In my conception wartale is a good sever,but the balancing of Mage is pretty bad,and should be a inprove in PVP.

 

Honestly i play Wartale because is a good pass time ,and the friends in wartale and the visual of MG here is the best in the all games. So for me is more our less good.  Today i dont make a serious this game because dont worth it . 

 

Maybe one day Sandur +staff inprove the PVP of MG... maybe. If he dont buff MG i only stop the play and continue my life playing League of Legends our another game,i dont know...

Nice theme! The first contact I had with Wartale was in 2018.

 

Like many people here, I was a BPT player, and dude... Wartale is literally a masterpiece. 2 friends since 2008 brought me here (Kryon & Sananda), and showed me how the game is extremely detailed, perfectionist and charming.

 

Wartale is basically the transcription of everything (or almost everything) that all of us Priston players would want in this nostalgic game.

 

I have several friends who, when they log in here, get literally fascinated, it looks like a daydream. In short, for me Wartale is the result of the work of people who really loves Priston.

 

PS: btw, Siege War still a piece of **** with these tests x.x'

I’ve playing sandurr servers since 2006 when it was renaiss.ance p.t. then became uniq p.t. and when he started this server in November 2009 I moved to here played for a while and stopped due real life!
 

Now with pandemic I back to the game, saw my clan runaway and my friends since when server started and feel that i was 14 years old again! Its really nice to see how this server is fine and became the best server of p.t.!

 

Congrats sandrrr and whole staff for making a 2000s game survive till today! U guys are amazing!

To see actual changes and improvments becoming real, changes and ideas that i've always dreamed off when playing PT in 2007~2009. Not just silly changes like balance or itens, but very detailed technical changes, that most of users takes said changes for granted today or sometimes doesn't know about them, but such changes doesn't exist anywhere else.

Internal object refresh rate being changed from 70hz to 60hz while still maintaining the same overall speed and accuracy of timers, was a dream that came true, yet nobody ever acknowledged it ? At least, as far as I know, nobody but me and Sander.

Part of the reason I asked is that a number of things really hold the game back (not the owner's fault), things that are simply because the technology at the time, and design ideas that have not aged well.

I come back once in a while purely for nostalgic reasons (I started playing when only t1-t2 were out). But this time it hit me how this game has a lot of potential but is held back by a number of things, and it kinda makes me sad.

It's really interesting to see new things be implemented and added to the game despite it being 19 years old, so props to the devs for that (this and other servers because there's a lot of borrowing of ideas {not a bad thing}).

nostalgic, i mean i feel like im back in the days eventho sometimes games feels like need "someting" more but i still log everyday and try to be better and better,i think non-hardcore donators enjoy the game better

i mean donating for 2kc wont make a difference but will help u to improve and keep getting better withouth going full donator and get everything +24
