Private Shop - allow coin trading ! people sleep when you see offers in whisp!

Hello WT ?  when i was lower in Wartale it didnt annoy me selling stuff, becourse 2 GB is alot for me ?

 

but now it annoy me alot, that i have to have all my items on display a whole night.

when i wake up, all people who whispered me are offline.. or even game disconnected so its all wasted ! 
 

 

why not allow selling items for coins ? so people can buy and pay asap if they want to!?

this whispering and waiting is stupid..

 

anymore annoying, when i switch server.. recently whispers disapear.......... so one night wasted ! 

 

suggestions : 

1) allow bigger gold Wallet value so you Can sell items for 20 gb if you want.. 

2) Make a npc where you Can sell items ( auction House ) but the item Will only be active on the House if you are online - this to keep your crowded cities. 
make a max limit - max 10 gb for sale on auction House each characters.. Will still Force people to be on many chars.. 

3) make the recently log save able, so if you log out its still there when you log back im.. that Will give you a chance to find people that offered duo the Night.. after your dc! 
 

4) make a NPC where you Can switch your farmed gold to Coins! For a real Money fee.. ( cheaper than buying coins ).. but you Can fast switch without calling in Trade for a Long period of time. 
then you also chopse the general ratio gold/coins..

Wartale shop have such an old system! It's time for a decent upgrade on this server and maximize sales for everyone. Nowadays there is no such thing on waiting for someone to negotiate, people want stuff right away, for yesterday!

As a global game, this happens a lot and is very annoying. The only topic that we lose if we compare to the official server is it, offline shops.

 

Once again, there are some ideas to make this less stressful.

 

• Offline shops, as far I know they're currently developing it.
• Allow bronze, silver and gold bar as payment method.

Coins cannot be accepted on shops because it will be the main currency for all items, as eg, ppl will only sell dagaz for 3c, sol for 50c...

it would be amazing, albion online has a perfect auction house system, it's worth to check how it works 

but staff rather keep the way it is because each person keep 1 or 2 chars selling stuff in ricarten

because that will destroy the game economy for sure. a healthy balance between coins and gold is the right way and keep the game dynamic. as Lyseria already mentioned people will sell sheltoms, dagaz and everything for coins. +1 to the idea to able payment in bronze, silver and gold bar.

or check out archage's auctionhouse. very simple and easy system that has a playerbase for 1000's of people online at the same time.

They already mentioned it, the staff don't want to implement an auction house here cuz it gives the impression of a dead server [ one of the trademarks of pt servers is a crowd town].

I dont see something bad there. From lvl 140+ you are buying everything for coins anyway. I get nothing for my lvl for gold... coins is the main currency already.

Well if you are going to compare ur own game to a ****ty retail-server you are doing a bad job as a whole staff. it might be bad on the original server, but on this private server its a quality of life change for the majority of players. You can still have shops up aswell, but also have the option to take stuff on a auction house.

Imagine as a new player, or people around 11x to 13x or even 14x where gold is still relevant and you can't buy an oredo just because they are all cost 3c instead of 3kk gold and you haven't spent a single cent for coin. Does that sound stupid? People who said coin must be the main currency are selfish. 

 

Live market stalls are what i like in this game. More interactive and fun which auction can't offer. If Auction house gets implemented, "good deals" that we had to swim ourselves in the market, search and negotiate for, will basically be owned by top tier rich players, just like they camp every single spot of Black Market. You just basically invite "Flippers"  and they make tons of gold w/o actually playing the game.

The things i wish could be improved is the "whisper chat logs" are saved after we switch server, or having an in-game mail system where you can instantly select on the UI.

Yeah sure people are selfish cause they buy and sell for coins. If you are 136+ what can you get for gold ? Right. Cores and rebirths that’s it. The rest u need to buy for coins. Doesn’t matter if people put Oredo for 3 coins or 3kk in shop. Every player can trade gold for coins with active people. But other people could finally sell/buy something without waiting 24+ Hours for an answer cause the seller is afk. A crowded town .... wow.... with 24/7 and 365 afk.....

I have already suggested a post office system that could be both online and offline, it does not seem to be difficult to implement, it would be good to leave messages for people and make it easier to send offers to people offline.
