New Player

As an entirely new player to this server, that prefers to solo mostly:

1) Is it viable to be solo a lot?
2) Where can I get some gold to get me started, most annoying thing to me mainly is not having the loot filter... clutter takes up so much, it's insane...
3) Are the classes balanced for the most part?

you can solo throughout the game depending on your class... I'd say mage, knight or any other class that can tank and deal AoE damage will sail smoothly through the early levels (though the gameplay will definitely feel boring and repetitive). You get gold doing quests, just press Q and you will see a list of the available quests for you to do. You can easily make gold that way.

1. Yes, as long as you play one these classes: Knight, Shaman, Mage, Priest, Mech or Brawler. Pike and Fighter are also possible but a little bit harder at the beginning.

2. A) Doing quests;

    B) Buy a Moon Hunter and loot items from it (Premiums in general);

    C) Hunt bosses whenever you can as they may drop Coin Sacks.

3. Mostly, yes. For PvP, tough, I wouldn't recommend Atalanta and Mage.

You have to buy this item from players and it normally costs around 2~4kk. Once you've bought the item, right click on it to activate Moon Hunter. 

 

HOW MOON HUNTER WORKS:

 

Every time the sun sets in game, you go to a map with a really good HS and just kill mobs, as these "Mini-creatures" will start to spawn. They give some good exp and some drops too. After 10 minutes, you can sell all this loot you got from the mobs in Blacksmiths.

Plus, as soon as you can, get yourself a Bellum Force as it'll skyrocket your damage. (You can buy a Bellum from players for 300~500k and spend another 200k to turn it into a force)

They should put 100% / 200% xp pots.

It's really long to lvl up solo when you have different characters ...

 

Made me leave this game many times, hoping to see new xp pots one day
