Then you won't remain so for long. I guess it would legally be a form of unconditional active euthanasia if you give it away, which is legal in some places. I don't know what you'd classify trading hearts as. I'm not sure there are any doctors that would be willing to perform either though, on account of being fatal in the former case, and pointlessly dangerous and leads to health issues even if successful in the latter. I can think of very few scenarios where the person doing it wouldn't be certifiably insane though, so why do you want to know?

 

Edit: Actually, come to think of it, I think it's legal in some cases if the donor is brain dead and scheduled to be removed from life support, even if the body is technically still alive when the organ is removed.
