He didnt mention anything there.

 

Imo it should be spawned mob. If I got the spawn, it includes the moriph in it.

if not, 13x+ players will stand in someone's else spawn and will keep kill steal moriph from someone.

There is no KS rule on Moriph; he is event/public mob.
