MadTale 765 Report post Posted September 6, 2021 (edited) Today in ricarten i could find OREDOS (3,5kk) for almost half the price of ENIGMAS (6kk). is this right or is enigma orverpriced? If possible, we need to increase enigma drop rate litle bit... I'm exping some low level chars without higher level boosting/tank mule and i see myself forced to mix my stuff and use enigmas but with this price it's really impossible for newcomers to mix stuff with the gold they earn in such level range... The world is pretty beautiful when you have 1GB to burn in low level but no newcomer gain 1GB to make life easier... Things happens with 2-5kk, that's all a newcomer has... Also i had some dumb diffcult to kill babel, a 20 years old problem. I'm 110% sure MANY new players simply qu't wartale when trying to do this quest and this point still remains ignored... There is always someone hunting babel for drops and ppl who needs the last hit for quest feels like an idiot. SOMETIMES, someone let you last hit, but MOST OF TIMES you are simply ignored. And this is not about bad community, community is great with newcomers alot of people helped with much more than i asked, but when a newcomer gets in the way of a higher level player and has 1% of chance of being a problem for higher player's life it will simply get destroyed in 90% of cases. It would be alot better if to face babel babel player were teleported to that lvl 100 quest arena and kill babel in there, same place where fury is killed. Why horn of babel players need kill babel in iron map among other players while lvl 100 quest players are able to kill fury in a closed arena with guarantee instant boss spawn (and even privacy lmao xD)? It makes no sense. Also, if possible, decrease a litle bit (like 10%) the dmg of md3/md2/md1 so that it becomes a litle bit easier for real players without level boosting to play in the map. The way it is now it's pretty disturbing... players need stay in the corner killing halfspawn because every spawn is a big hell spawn and can't survive. I'm not meaning to nerf monsters to a point nobody needs to pot HP anymore, just LITLE (small) nerf. Just a bit. (not -50%). (please take this into cosiderantion... cause this is creating difficult exclusively for newcomers while old players simply boost with higher level who never looses 1HP point in the map). Also, why do a low level player has to pay the same price for a rebirth scroll as it does a higher level player? How many exp does a rebirth scroll saves from a high level player's death and how many exp does it save from a low level player's death? The difference is INSANELY BIG. But the cost is exactly the same. And it souds just incovennient for a newcomer to pay 500K (it's the same thing as if the rebirth costs 100kk for a 15x) for each rebirth scroll... Myself i'm not buying it and everytime i die i just click FIELD with no exitation, because i'm aware the fact i recover that exp quickly but for a 100% newcomer who has never played this game befeore it makes the player feel like a dumb for not having a rebirth scroll, a pretty BASIC thing EVERY player wants/needs.... And about Exp gain... this is another problem. EXP is SO DAMM FAST in such levels like 0-115 holy dammmmmmm, game almost loose it's sense... Players takes 12 hours to find and buy some dumb low level gears, goes to the map, and in 30 mins they already have level and need of another items that again are hard to find and even if they find the best possible items for his level still mobs are too strong and almost impossible to survive and still exp is ultra fast... it's something totally weird and sense less... Player is clearly forced to ask someone to boost him... totally wrong, totallly senseless... It takes more time to find low level equips almost nobody sells than to reach equip's level. And by last, newcomers don't want to wear NO SPEC clean stuff, also newcomer doesn't have money to buy JERAS and etc... selling stuff in NPC helps alot but wearing NS stuff makes anyone feel DUMB. If possible, newcomers need an friendly NPC that will provide newcomers free respec and some sort of cost-free or VERY LOW COST mixing... By the "cost" the item becomes char bounded and can only be sold later to the NPC. Low level payers want rebirth scroll like everyone else, they want correct level gears like everyone else, they want spec stuff like everyone else, they NEED mixes even more than everyone else. And they represent NO DANGER for game economy, there is no reasong to make their lifes SO HARD, it's simply forcing newcomers to give up the game... =/ If early game was reworked, we could have some kind of quest where high end player would have it's level reduced back to 1 (but still able to wear all items) with a 99% nerf in all stats... with the direct objective of reaching level 100-110 to receive EXP reward in end game and come back again to normal level, and with the indirect objective of playing together with NEWCOMERS, in LOW LEVEL MAPS... Show items, show game stuff, show cool stuff, teach newcomers tips and tricks, make friends... ETC... Newcomer's life is SO lonely here... Majority of player base is already over 14x, most of them won't leave shadow or SL just to drop enigma. That's actually a good thing, because low levels can drop enigma and resell later. It's somewhat a problem for low tier age, but it's not a problem for mix, because low lvl can go with oredo mix, better and cheaper. And since Mix >> age for low level, it doesn't affect them at all. As for early game rework, yes, it would be good to rework it, mainly how you level up there. Newcomers can still farm ores/herbs and sell it, it's actually better than level uping 1-144, way better, not even close. I know the game wasn't supposed to be played like that, mining to buy an account instead of level uping, but there are ways for low level to grind without much trouble, which is a good thing. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Ressu Scrolls, Shelton Mix Kit, Temporary Armor, Temporary Weapon etc... At level 95 when the character goes to MD he could receive a Defense Buff and Atq. I have a 15x shaman for myself, but I know this problems! One more way is create a bellum mix without enigmas. But the way till 132 must be a little bit easier and the way from 144-156 must be harder. Those char buying can't be the future... U can't hold a game without new member... Rich gets richer, that's what the game want... Ct3 and diq spawns get damage after an update and they do nothing, that ppl get more fun to start a new char by herself and don't buy everyday a new char... 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

MadTale 765 Report post Posted September 6, 2021 (edited) @- D E A T H S T R O K E - i gotta agree with you that mining must not be the new meta... maybe it must only be possible join mining profession after a certain level... or maybe having a certain daily limmit for it... Killing mobs to gain experience is the soul of this game, i don't think it must be changed, even though mining/herbalism is something genial and i loved it... Mining/herbalism concept has alot of room to expand... expand to new items, new possibilities like creating your own items like armors/weapons/shield and etc... BUT it must never be the game meta, it must stay as a side feature afterall this is not a mining simulator game. Let's say, by collecting some items from dead mob bodies like "xxx mob's nail" "xxx mob's tooth" plus some stones/herbs collected in the same map will open a window possibility to the player craft it's own item of such level range. Such craft process could have a fail chance, and when it fails the result is a temporary item. And when it sucess the item is perm. ForYeri 149 Report post Posted September 7, 2021 low level Boss Q: low level solo boss Q, I think the goal is to make new-comers to learn the Boss location and Boss spawn time, basically a 'Tutorial' for new-comers to learn to 'How to hunt boss in Wartale', BUT.. it is frustrating for low level players, as well as.. high level players.. xD I think for these Q as long as you are hitting the Boss, you should be able to complete it, because the objective is done: you know where the Boss is, and, you know how to check the Boss Spawn timer, if you put them in Arena style, teleporting to Arena and spawn the boss there, new-comers still DO NOT learn the 'HOW to Boss in Wartale' stuff, I think basically all the Collector's Wish Q are trying to help new-comers learn Boss Spawn location and timer, low level rebirth: make same like Jera and Dagaz: Low Level Rebirth: Lv1 - Lv120 300k Mid Level Rebirth: Lv121 - Lv144 600k High Level Rebirth: Lv145 - Lv181 1.2kk ..xD the reason is Rebirth price has been increased over time, I don't get why low level has to follow high level too, what if more increase in the future? now is 600k, next time 700k, 800k, 900k, ?? low level suffer too? xD for the low level map spawn: I agree some nerf to low level map monsters, game these days have easy-life for low levels, (any games..) sheltoms for low level use: was thinking add some sheltoms to Q rewards, but nah.. people will farm, so add extra buff Q, Lv80 Daily Buff Q: run around talk to some NPC to complete Q, reward give +some Attack Power / Attack Rating / Defense / Absorb, duration = 3 hours Lv100 Daily Buff Q: same except slightly more buff, Lv120 Daily Buff Q: same except slightly more buff, this is better.. xD buff applies to that character only, make you more comfortable and easier to level up or go hunting at low level, crystals for low level use: the low level crystal price at Huntress NPC need to change, when I play low level, I always buy Mystic and Mystic only.. xD what I do is that: I cancel any weak summon on left top right, and re-summon using Mystic again, and repeat until I have better summons, I think many others play same like me? maybe adjust the price: like example change Lv90 Blizzard Crystal 77k to 15k, OR increase Mystic 1k to 10k, (obviously better to reduce price than increase price.. I see no point making low level suffer) and also add more crystals: Lv100 105 110 115 120 nobody sell those crystals anyway except boss crystals, about level too fast problem: just add low level event every year, but need extra server or empty odin or mars, so you don't get help from other chars, other chars cannot log in except event account, and reduce exp rate for that server, basically just Season, like every other game, (Season 1, Season 2, Season 3, etc.) for the Jera problem: it's was ok because jera = 250k, now price rise so low level suffer, but then, low level can also hunt in Ice1, Ice2 for Jeras to sell, so it's a double edge sword, unless you want add Jera in more lower maps: Heart Perum Railway Chaos Cursed Temple 2 .. for mining buy account problem: level 1 to level 140 takes forever, if you mine for few month with 7~8 GB, OR even just sell craft for coins at the start, so you do NOT need to sell GBs later, (alloy 70c, aquamarine 6c, ruby 15c, etheroot 20c etc.) you can just buy 140, well.. I know game is not supposed to play this way, but.. I don't think new-comers have this knowledge, I mean if they know this game so well.. they are not new-comers.. xD that's why my suggestions are to make low level maps easier, and low level quests giving buffs to low level chars, because the 'real' low levels will NOT be mining.. they will be killing monsters at low level maps.. those who are mining, are not really low levels.. xD ah.. now I need to make these suggestions for new-comers.. Craft Q Tutorial 1: at Lv 40, ask you to talk to Ruinen NPC to complete the Q, (the NPC that sells pickaxe / trowel) Craft Q Tutorial 2: ask you to mine for 1 Iron Ore to complete the Q, Craft Q Tutorial 3: ask you to gather for 1 Elfthorn to complete the Q, Craft Q Tutorial 4: ask you to talk Craft NPC Ric to complete the Q, Craft Q Tutorial 5: ask you to talk Craft NPC Phillia to complete the Q, Craft Q Tutorial 6: ask you to Craft 1 Metal Ally to complete the Q, Craft Q Tutorial 7: ask you to Craft 1 any Boss Relics to complete the Q, etc. etc. Craft level up animation: when you level up mine or herb, you should have level up animation like when you level up normally.. this is the one I was worried about Wartale Quality.. xD or maybe I miss it? I think I did not see any level up animation.. I think low level should level up, at same time do mining, there should be Mining / Herbing Q for low levels.. Craft Quest List: a separate Quest Tab, besides 'Quest List', like 'Craft Quest List', because it's getting too long in that Quest List, future Craft related Quest can be put in this tab, Craft Daily Quest: add some Craft Dailies like: Daily 1: mine 5 iron ore Reward : gain some mining exps Daily 2: gather 5 elfthorn Reward : gain some gathering exps and the engima problem: I think low level should farm engima like they farm celetos, mirages, jeras, earing 0, earring 1, problem is engima only start dropping ET2? ONLY 3 farm maps? = ET2, CT3, ET3, maybe include engima drop to ET1 or even Lost Temple, (not sure about maps though, been long time ago farming these maps..)
