Is there still a way to craft Dark Gaia Armor to fight Eragon?

I've been wanting to fight Eragon for a long time, but I don't know how to obtain these 3 things:
 

- Obtaining the  Energy Flower
Meet Clever Newter in Phillai Town.

Obtaining the  Endurance Elixir
Meet Good boy, Longbo in Ricarten Town.

Obtaining the  Magma Rock :
Meet Stone Collector in Atlantis Town.

 

None of the NPC answers me in relation to these items anymore.

If there is still a way to get them, could you let me know please?

My problem isn't the crafting itself, but where to find the three things mentioned above, as the NPCs now no longer tell me what to do.
