It worked with Cactusfish and Golden hermit, failed with midnight (but I had only one to try)

Hi @Overlady i would just like to reconfirm 1800 recipes for 50 types of food and at the moment I think we discovered a few. Within the 1800 combinations how many dishes can we discover?

 

Data shows we can make 36 + 2 dishes. If we include chewy cinder and forbidden grub. We have discovered 60 combinations. To make the listed dishes. How many more dishes can we discover in cooking?

There is no distinction between dish, food, drinks, raw food or whatever. If it is edible, it is food.

We have already mentioned this in the guide. We have 50 foods. The ones that need to be cooked has multiple recipes, and some combinations are better than others.

I see,  This is truly a complex list, as it branches out from multiple directions and origin. In addition to this low to superior quality food with the chance of failure despite having the correct combination. It seems to be too difficult, I know that this is part of the challenge. However , some combinations require cooked food to make some dishes. I believe it would be a waste if some of the best food that provide the best damage, exp boost, or mystery buff would ever be discovered. 

 

I would like to suggest to add quests or scrolls of recipes in game that can be found through mining,herbalism, fishing to discover all the recipe. If you would allow it.

I could add a "recipe list" to each character and release each one as I go along, and use it as quests.

For example: when you find 25 recipes, you get x amount of XP and x amount of Gold

 

so it would be more organized to get the recipe when having to use a table

According to Overlady, we've had more than 38 now. If you count all the ingredients that gives a buff, I think we're very close to 50 already. There should be 4-5 dishes left, perhaps one for each legendary fish.

I saw in a store (I believe it's yours) a fish with effects and apparently it's only possible using the level 7 fishing rod

Do these fish give different dishes than usual? if yes, it will exceed 50 recipes. :l

I don't know what's wrong with my level 4 rod (almost perfect stats) but I've missed many more since upgrading... Usually at the end when the bar starts dropping quickly and there's no way to pull harder.

Its the challenge for a quicker catch. I believe that was the design of the developers to keep us entertained despite having stronger rods it makes it quick but challenging.

switching to lvl 4 and switching to lvl 7 is the same. You just need to adjust to them. Lvl 1 rod is easier but takes a long time. So you can pick which rod you prefer.
