Anyone still trying to find new recipes? I’ve been wasting my materials trying to find better recipes than the ones in the app. 
It seems like a lot of the recipes we have discovered don’t generally give gourmet versions easily.

 

also, if you’d like to contribute and maybe share your data so we understand the % of success, just share here.

 

for example:

 

recipe 1

apple apple wheat wheat 

Tried 30 times 

20 successful random values

8 gourmet version

2 failed 

 

(this is an example!!!)

 

I can try to compile this information and maybe get % chances in the recipes so we have a better understanding on the data

The fishing level is also important. You would need to separate the ranking based on the level of fishing skills. I also think it's impossible to do what you suggested because @Overlady mentioned that there are over 900 different combinations for the same recipe.

I think most people don’t keep trying; they try a few times but not very often. In my opinion, the full list should have already been released by the staff, but it goes against their point of view—like many other things...

Besides you, who just mentioned on the forum that you keep trying new recipes, I only know two other people who do that. And they are doing it much less frequently. A lot of materials are wasted, and they also need to level up their own characters.

I understand, that is another information that should be mentioned in the data and we can track percentage per fishing level.

 

I can tell that some recipes there barely fail and give 30-50% perfect (gourmet) results trying with a level 1 fishing character while others I didn’t get a single perfect in 30+ tries.

 

mostly using variants with more expensive ingredients gave me better results, although if I just test it on my own it’s a lot harder to afford proper testing.

 

Data is king, if we can leverage a greater amount of data input we will get somewhere, but if I just try on my own I probably will take a lot longer to get any meaningful result.

 

im not saying we are going to break the code and get all results easily, but we can start and maybe overlady will feel sorry and give us more tips to improve some of them 😂

I think at the very least, Overlady and the team could provide a complete or semi-complete list of all the foods in the game, but without mentioning their recipes. This way, we would at least have a "correct" path to follow. Spending resources randomly just for a minimal chance of discovering a new food is unfeasible, especially when we're navigating in the dark without any concrete help to decipher the full menu the game has to offer.

At the very least, knowing the name of the food and its appearance would help a lot in trying to find the corresponding recipe.

Two questions, seems like milk is the only liquid raw ingredient available. Was anyone able to cook carrot stew without using Milk?

 

I already spent my fair share of milk trying other combinations of this and other dishes haha

 

 

Also, SP regen seems like the most useless stat in the game, since nobody ever will stand still and wait for it to regen. This alone makes all recipes that involve this stat useless as well. But what does Abs. SP regen in caramel mean? Is it something different?
