Can we change back the hair color please?

GM!,

We bought couple expensive hair cuts... only for the color of the hair to change after the patch... zzz

I understand we have to buy dyes now to change it.. but that's not what we paid for initially!

Please help us understand the situation before making conspiratorial accusations. Would you have any screenshot to illustrate the case better?

We had some issues during maintenance where some characters had their hair color changed randomly, but this has been fixed, the player must log-out the account and connect again.

 

If it hasn’t worked out yet, and your hair is no longer the default dye, let us know!

Ahh, I guess I did not relog my account since the patch. 

I relogged now...and its fixed.

However,  not sure if you are able to help.

I did buy classy hair D,  cause it was the only hair dye that had red.

Since the one I had was classy hair F, and it was changed to "light purple"

 

Do you think by any chance you can rebate me 25mil.. So i can change the hair back.
