Returning player, need some help

Hi all,

I've been playing Wartale long ago, and I stopped at year 2014. Today when I look around, and found that Wartale still alive ! So I recovered my account and downloaded the game.
As soon as I in the game, I found out a problem.

My shortcut is not working. 

I can chat in game, yet I cannot press the key to open up inventory, skills, use potion etc, everything have to click by mouse. 
Can anyone enlighten me how to set the keyboard ?

Yeah, I still remember all the shortcut.
But it is not working, like all the shortcut been disabled for me.

If you use some kind of special keyboard like those that have active program installed for it, then it can be the source of the problem.

If that's the case, try closing the keyboard program and see if it helps.

Nope, I'm not using any keyboard program. The chat works fine for me, I can type in chat normally. Not sure if this issue related to windows version.

What Windows are you using?

 

I still think it shouldn't matter. There was a person with exactly this problem early on, but I can't find the post yet.

 

I found this one for now. Not exactly the same, but keyboard related problem.

There was a mention about NZXT CAM and turning it off solved the problem.

Wait what ? NZXT CAM ? I'm using that.
Yep yep !! I closed NZXT CAM and the shortcut is working !! Thanks a lot !!
