Assassin eye Critical Increase = 46%

Total = 72%

 

Now, 72 + a nice scythe +18~+20

Every science is simple math if you break it down into small enough pieces, but unless you're a rabid purist, there's a lot more to programming than just math.

Wartale  have nerf PS more than necessary.

He gave PS $1 with T5 AttRating skill but in the end PS has to return $ 100  back to Wartale.
