New ata player

hello community, I'm new to this game and I would like to learn about the current builds that are used in ata, stats + skills, and items, (armor, shield, etc...) can someone help me? a greeting

For Leveling/Hunt (PURE BUILD):

108 Strength (for best javelin + 120 shield)

90 Talent

80 Spirit

XX Agility

23 Health

Gear:

- Succubus or Cuepy BSol (not worth aging because you are not supposed to tank, you only need the extra HP from BSol mixes)

- 120 Shield (BSol either Block or Vitality is up to you, I prefer Block because it add more HP)

- Best possible Javelin (Oredo mix until you can get and use yourself a 138+24 or 144+24, not worth investing on aging low level javelins they are just a waste of coins/gold)

- Mokova Boots (BSol +1k stamina mix, better quality of life when expeing spending less time on potting.

- Try getting a Boss Set 3 BSol 80spirit Drop or DNT (Atalantas really struggle with mana specially if you use Amazon's Rage)

- Hell/Greedy Gauntlets (BSol)

- Hell Bracelets (BSol)

 

For PvP:

247 Strength (for 140+24 Armor)

90 Talent

80 Spirit

100 Health

Gear:

-Quantum Armor+24+AgiGems (for PvP is very important the amount of DEF and Abs this armor gives. It allows you to survive some hits and not getting one shotted by most classes. You can also go pure build on PvP but the problem is that you are too Squishy. Archers can get away easily going pure builds because they have insane amounts of Evasion but Atalantas dont. And btw Never go Phantom Armor is the worst waste of money 4kc+. I have tried it and its underwhelming....you cant survive as much as 140+24 and you dont deal insane amounts of damage as a pure build. So in conclusion always go for 140+24 amor for PvP)

-Best shield possible +24

-Draxos boots is s must for PvP BSol

-Greedy gauntlets BSol

-Hell/Cent bracelets BSol

 

105-120 BT Daily Quests (Try getting tank or killer prs,mgs,ss if going pure or go high str armor if solo to get around 2k+DEF and 160-180+abs to survive MD3 and 190-200abs to surive CT2)

120-135 CT3 Party Quests as Killer or Daily Quests MD3, CT2, AD2. (Again try getting tank or killer prs,mgs,ss if going pure or if going solo you need around 2k+DEF and 200+abs to be able to survive AD2 without potting)

135-144 DIQ Party Quest as Killer or Daily Quests MD3,CT2,AD2,IC (If you want to solo Iron Core you need to get 240abs+)

Rest you do Shadow Sanctuary + Luminous Cavern (As for SS you need a tank+pure build to get the most exp/hr)

since u are going to be hitting from behind in CT3/DIQ i prefer maxing out my damage for better EXP rates.

I think he/she meant that u need more than 240 abs to tank IC, not that with that pure build u can reach it, probably with 128 +22 armor and shield an ata can have a number of abs around that, but those items are hard to find nowdays, even more with ata spec

I am 132 full 132 oredo hp mix and even with the 132 armor I can't tank iron core. it's really frustrating.

yeap, with mixed items you'll probably wont get that much abs, you definitely need some aged items to tank there, with prs u need 128 +22 or 132 +22 items at least, and even though u would need to pot, probably the same thing applies to ata, although ata has more block than a prs

well but with mix I get more abs but less hp, which I also need. like, melee classes also have this problem? I really feel like i'm being handcaped so much simply because I want to play ata.  is this the reason why the highest level ata in the game is 165?

well, my ata I exped her till 132 using my prs, and from 132 to 140 I did DIq, when people were still doing it, so I didnt had this kind of problem. The main issue is: Iron Core isnt designed for 132 chars, aside from idk, ks that has a nice def/abs and mage that can use the energy shield (but still, u need some good items on your mage), it's near impossible to exp at IC

exactly, no one is doing DIq. I can find a party once a day, maximum. seems like the only thing I have left is ct3.

high levels change class every month, analyze the ranking if a class is good or not, you have to know if the person is really up or if he is in that class just for PVP.

 

as we had a buff of meeles, there was a leak of ats/as to other classes
