hard to find a guide

I searched every post until 2016 and there really isn't a specific FS guide or build and I was wondering if there's an expert out there willing to help me with the CORRECT statistics I should use for best equip.. and this is the hardest one. I cant find what skills to max out in order so many people diss other peoples builds and say that this skill is useless don't do it and then others say to do it. but that's in like 2018-16.. so was hoping for someone to really help me out.
