attack speed of bomb shot

I have a question about bomb shot. It seems to be the major skill all archers are using. But the attack speed? Can the speed be increased by summer/succubus or the buff from shaman? Or it cannot be increased at all? I just can hardly see any increase when I use bomb shot...

It gets faster, yes, when using summer/succubus. However it is a slow skill so the speed difference is not really that relevant (in my opinion).
