Bug stuck Ctrl Alt hotkey, need help

Hi, i'm new player. I have a problem and don't know how to fix.

 

When I downloaded the game. I played it first time, and it work normal with simple hotkey X , C , S , Q , Esc... to open intenvory close something else.

 

But after i closed the game, i opened it again. All that hotkey X, C , S , Q , Esc... don't work anymore ( Except key F1 , F2 , F3. They are work normal ). I don't know why it happened.

If I combine use Ctrl + X , Ctrl + C , Ctrl + S,... or Alt + X , Alt + C , Alt + S,... it will work again.

How can I disable hotkey combine with Ctrl / Alt and make the simple key work normal again ?
