Looking for a Decent Build

Lately with all the changes and what not, some of the builds that are left on this board don't really apply too well. I am looking for a build that is mainly for the skills, as in which skill to level up first and what not.

 

Here is what I have done so far.

 

Spirit Elemental 10

Energy Shield 7

Dias 5

Death Ray 2 (I slipped on that one, but later on I will put more points on it so it's fine)

Mental Mastery 3 (I forgot about this skill, and am now upping it)

Meteor 3 (I'm only lvl 74 so far with my mage)

Fire Elemental 3 (Just something to put a couple points on till I hit lvl 70)

 

Any help would be welcome.

 

 

Also, main reason why I am just after skills for now, is because I plan on using a shield for quite a while, and then eventually at a higher level switching over to an orb.

Max out meteor. Max out zenith. You'll be using meteor more/instead of diastrophism due to a higher DPS. You should increase MM after you've maxed out zenith and possibly death ray.

 

I would not recommend an orb, even at higher levels, if you can get a great shield and age it to +15 or higher. Go for an AS great shield with minimum strength requirement (79) and 18% or 19% block.

After these u can maybe do zenith or dias but the rest of the skills are pretty useless right now.

Fire elemental is optional for hunt, but I don't really see flame wave being useful over meteor, in some servers it has push back, doesn't seem to be very good at pushing on this one.

 

Str - enough for which sheild u choose, u can blaze then u need ~75 for ur boots/gaunt/brace. Or u can go to ~110 and use a lvl 110 dreadnaught AS.

Spr - everything spare

Agi - enough for boots, should be about 75

Tal - enough for ur robe/wand I think its ~85 for higher level ones.

Health - boost this as needed, up to 150.

I'm serious what's wrong with that? MM for spirit to help ES, Se for damage, DR for range and damage. I mean which other skill is there, zenith is not worth it, plus u can get zenith after that anyway.

 

Ok so u might say that DR increase is not big enough? Well SE works on static damage, so at lvl 1 u get 135-195 static damage with SE. At level 10 u get 270-357, an increase of 135-162, not 45 - 54 as u probably are assuming, u also get 45 more range.

Thats probably true for a 12x mage, but when ur lower lvl ur gonna need MM for ur ES to tank.

 

And I think u'll have to reset when they release the other t5 skills, unless u choose to keep MS at 10, instead of going for another t5 skill.

When t5 be completely released, and agony changed i'll do this:

 

MM: lv 10

MS: lv 10

 

Since -10% of my HP turns in +100% MP, so, this will be useful.
