Distortion

Does Distortion do anything? I use it on a stack of enemies and it doesn't seem to have a skill graphic or do anything noticeable. Can someone explain to me if the skill is bugged or if it just doesn't work?

distortion need mage very close to enemy check range 

I think skill is very good make enemy very slow long time and help you tank a lot SS SL

if you check closely they turn kind of green and enemies gets wavily/distorted

does it slower the enemy attack speed? or just walk speed
