Ping/Lag Issue

Is everyone else having those immense Ping/Lag Issues? Since those damn hacker attacks its not the same anymore. My ping is much higher than I was used to and also there is much more lag while playing. I was used to 30-100 Ping before all the attacks, now like 200-500 is low - often also increasing to >1000. Are there still some issues that need to be solved?

Well, hard to believe. I'm from Brazil, quite far from Server country, and i have Login Server 150- and GameServer 250-.

 

I guess something is wrong with your PC or ISP.

well actually nothing changed since then, my computer is running fine. When i check my connection I still have like 14Mbit/s down and 3Mbit/s up, its definitely not my connection. PC is still to be checked by now but since I havent installed anything (except the latest rpt patches), havent changed any configuration and have all my security up to date I doubt its my PC - except there is some hardware damage. But like I said its atm still under check...lets see what that brings up.

Well, try flushing DNS and doing some maintenance on your computer lan.

 

changing IP is a good option, then, flush dns.

No wonder my ping is always 0/0 now.

 

I used to have ping of 130/150.

 

Now every time it's 0/0 I thought I was bugged or something.

yep, same here, mostly 0/0 or 31/31, now minimum is 131/131, but mostly like 250/500
