Building a Smelting Furnace what’s the purpose?

Hello,

 

I am trying to understand of what is the purpose of a player building a furnace or a grinding table etc. Some things are not clear for me.

 

If I do build a furnace or a grinding table or a cooking pot:

 

Will it be permanent?

Will I be entitled to collect the rental cost from players using it?

 

And generally I want to understand more on enabling the players to create them rather than using the already built ones.

You save on Renting. Because its binded to your character only. Only you can use it.

 

You can also charge people in doing the smelting for other people.

 

Its profitable in the long run if you want to save on rental and if you do mining a lot.
