Quality of life power mech improvements

What's up, folks.

Today I decided to share my thoughts in how to revitalize this spec we love.

(All of my opinions are based on my experience on EB with my 152 MS and voices from my head)

 

Starting out I want to point the main problem. power mechs are good because they have balanced damage and defenses, not mediocre.

 

-Maximize is not enough at PVE

-Where are our defensives? we have so much skills and cant use them. t5 is a joke, I like the idea of having lots of different ways to play, but the poor implementation just killed the "main spec".

 

I:When playing in Ether bone, the first thing you will notice will be that DoTs from Tormentor and Zappan will just REKT you apart, yeah I know that 13% block from Extreme Shield is good but they are not that efficient when you take Zappan dot or the Tormentor (poison/fire) they tick for so much damage and so fast, that your block cant compete with. you better press that 1 if u wanna live ;D.

Other then that, Normal blows can be absolute nasty, if you take 2 hits in a row, you are screwed. using that amount of block will make you lazy and unprepared for crits and double hits from a single mob, its like you are 8 seconds without pot and a second later you die in 1millisecond.

S: The only way to fix this is improve the defense, so the dots will tick for less damage, that's it. simple as that (or you can buy better gear LOLLL), that being said, or do you make us able to use Physical Absorption with the attack buffs, or just nerf Trine Shield and let us use it with the attack buffs.

 

I:The second thing you will notice is that mobs from other spawns are crying, but yours aren't XD. I do like to play Mechanic Bomb, its cool, you hit fast, have more windows to use pots, you have more crits but that is just not enough the damage still low and you continues to 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 

S: Make Obliterate (fcking joke skill) destroy the enemies armor for x period of time and your skills dealing more damage(/mobs receiving more damage) for this time being (AOE pls)

S2: Yeah, still 2022 and we still like to smash heads with Grand Smash (LOL you cant because its slow and don't do more damage then Mechanic bomb, that have +50% damage against mutant and mech).

 

some other things that help us to investigate those issues:

 

-When in HG, try to get hit by the Minos DoT while Power Mech. Hey, don't forget to 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 !

-So why we just don't use Spark Shield, to get more Defense and depend less on RNG? because the skill is underperforming A LOT

-Size of the population on mechs that play power, compared to auto and tank

-Try to get a boss roll (use Maximize and die / use Metal Armor, Trine Shield and never get a roll in your life).

in fact, MS now only using for tanker. Bad killer in Auto MS(no AOE skill) or Power MS (weak dmg and def)

oh yes i also use HP pots on shortcut 1

and anyone who doesn't use 1-HP 2-SP 3-MP is a criminal in my eyes

Sadly, MS is a forgotten class in the game atm. Just used to be a tanker.
