Online shop’s tax

I have never used this function, but in my opinion.  20% tax seems high.  For example, an item costs 1000 coins, you have to lose 200 tax coins.  maybe 10% more reasonable, and people will use this function more, save power xD
How do you think guys?

It is just one of those things in this game that makes absolutely no sense. But still exists. 

I think this is a complicated function, requires a lot of work from GMs, and it is being wasted meaninglessly.  Please provide a tax percentage that you think is reasonable.

Just my example. I think price and tax pay by gold, not coin. Because i have never used it. But your number is the good tax for everyone. 3-5%.
