Ideally they should've balanced it better instead of watering it down. GM forgets that MOST Mechs use that skill in PvE to level up.

Yea, they USED to be. In the beggining on 2010. Unless anything worse than priestess and mages is slow.

Are u disagreeing that training with impulsion isn't hell slow now?? I switched to full spark build just because of this, instead of full tank with impulsion.

 

I think sandurr agrees, hence the 3226 patch, impulsion boosted to 65%.

Yes my other 2 chars are 10x mg/prs and I just started this server a month ago after a long break from pt.
