I see a lot of ppl complaining about things about assassin. And I 100% agree, however I think there is one REALLY big thing that a lot of ppl are overlooking. Yes there is definitely some skill buffs and adjustments that need to happen, and maybe a pve dmg buff to finishing blow will be one of those, since obviously cooldowns on all other skills got nerfed and it's our only 1v1 now... However!!!!

One simple thing that I think we should get some traction on, I did some testing, and with more AR we actually perform a lot better, (i swapped from 105 brace hp sol mix, to 120 brace AR sol mix, and added 2 17 AR earrings). just this little spike made a world of difference. 

So going back to the class I see everyone most compare us to, and for good reason, Pike. What is the biggest and most obvious change I can see that can be done now to help.. Well, I look at 148 brace. Pike gets 56 more base str right out the gate, because for some silly reason, their 148 brace is only 105 agility, and the assassin 148 brace is 161.... 161 AGILITY. 

The way they made our CD's more compares to an ata for Pvp, hit and run. But we don't have the AR to back this.

I know that assassin has an identity crisis as it's a dagger class which typically is an agility class in games. But this game gives it Strength scaling since it's a melee. So take away the ridiculous agility requirements for assassin, or just change it to scale on agility instead so we get more AR. Obviously just changing the requirements of agil for assassin to be equal to pike is the easiest and most obvious choice, at least it'll bring us in line closer. 

Can someone @ a dev/GM on this? Think it's worth them taking a look.

I think character strength wise she is in a good spot excluding some minor buffs for PVE content. 

Pike is definitely stronger and more tankier. A nerf for pikes would benefit more for this game. The agility actually helps her hit more accurately. If you explore different options you should be able to find a build that allows you to hit harder but have lesser atk rtg. Maybe allow Assassins to gain more atk rtg from agility would be nice. Or give more atk rtg bonus to Deception and Finishing Blow.

I have already suggested to either make assassin not agi based or make her only agi based.

I had so many cool ideas back then, which I have posted on suggestions, but everything was ignored.

I don't play assassin anymore, even though I really like this char.. ?

yeah super fun char, just sucks struggling 1x1 in the end map watching other toons not even pot or tank like 5 mobs. lol

If you combo right she actually does pretty decent 1v1 damage. The only downside is she is not tanky at all. But I guess that is what the class is all about. Glass cannon style.

yeah the dmg is decent, but it's not like way better or even better than other classes at all, and you don't have the tankiness they do, that's the complaint. and you also lack atk rtg bc you have to pump way more agil which isn't worth

actually PVP wise Assassin is one of the tankiest class relative to damage output in BC. Can't say the same for PVE though.
