My roof has two layers of isolation and wood, with ceramic plates on top. I won't be installing any soda bottles in it anytime soon.

these are only intended for some suppress area.. its a nice way for the poor people to not use electricity

I kinda realize it's not something people with easy access to electricity is going to use, I'm just saying it's not exactly convenient everywhere. Where I live, houses are pretty heavily isolated. When the temperature creeps downwards -20-30 C in the winter, it is pretty much required.
