Rising Slash does not make any sense now.

I suggest that if you wanted to nerf it make it so that there is a smaller casting range for it. What happens now is you hit your target mid way between you and the target? How does that make sense at all? Is it a range skill now? Imagine stabbing people from a range without throwing anything to it. It's funny.

It make sense now why Assa can kill me even its not near me I thought It's just a lag ahahahaha

I think the Range is too OP + after the hit the Invisibility of ASSA doesn't disappear

So it is better to adjust the skill's damage/range instead of rework killing it.
