Hello, and welcome!

Honestly, there's almost no builds or guides for new or returning players on how to play any classes. So, in order to help new and old players come back to the game and keep it alive, drop your fighter build here! Let's keep FS alive!

If you are at the lvl of aged weapons, and can afford it: sword all the way, its not even a close competition.

If you aren't- use mixed axe, vigor mix , if you aren't at the stage its worth to put a vigor mix on your item : Get the highest crit mix.

 

Skills:

My build had, for PvE:

Melee Mastery, Rage of Zecream, Fire Attribute, Concentration,, Brutal swing, Avenging Crash , rest on roar, in that order.

T4 I would lvl up Hp boost first, then Cyclone, then Berserker skill, rest on dest.

 

T5 would go with the vortex first, then AR skill, then charge, then hellions .

 

For PvP just make the fire skill lvl 1, and put roar 10 ( Fire resistance is bad there due to it removing your ice resistance ).

 

Tips: against multiple mobs, get yourself to 25% hp and be stuck there ( can even not use berserker if its too dangerous ), It rises ur damage by a lot.

 

Stats: in general, put everything on str, min on the rest. Yet if you want PvP stats, just figure out how your fs handle others, and try to put as much str and health to give you a brute force advantage ( which sadly, not possible nowdays- too weak ).

MAKE FS GREAT AGAIN
Always focus on HP, and def, use 100 vit, mixed shelton with def, forget about hell/greedy  use 140 gaunt, if you are going to use axe, don't mixed with crit, always vigor.
I'm current using axe 138+24 and i'm good with the dmg, hellions help alot dmg + luring mobs on them.
Always use rage of zecram on hunt maps ROZ -> 3 AC --> ROZ -> DT. Brutal swing gives a good crit, you can use it too
Skill Charge from tier 5 is a good skill to interromp the mob's atack, use it too.
GM Overlay said FS will gain a buff on area skill, so, it's probably going to be a best class to do SOD

Here is a problem:

As a former FS, FS doesnt need it. FS does need a buff in his hp abillity in PvE ( there is a room in my opinion to cancel that damage reduction thing, its not a FS thing, never was. Its a KS   thing, and focus on making his HP high. People pot when their hp reach 50%, only with a tank/ in Exp maps its possible to use that buff ).

In my opinion, make the damage reduction very low, yet add to FS around 20~30 % hp at PvE, whatever they see fit. ( PvE only that 1)

 

And FS does need to gain more brute force PvP wise with axes.

His nerf at brute force is an outdated nerf when 142 weapons ( 1h) were the last weapons, and shield helped FS and KS more than the rest, and it was before tulla relic was implanted in the game, changing the balance again.

 

This can be be a PvE and PvP buff.

There is a room to examine buffing axes via melee mastery, extra 100% weapon damage when using axe ( value can be changed according to tests you conduct yourselves there, and that buff is well deserved in PvP too. ofc the not together with the hp buff, which is purely PvE ).

 

What I expected from FS here, is to be able to take on 1v1 mobs, and players, having a lot of brute force, yet in return being easy to hit. The being easy to hit happens, but the brute force doesnt ( not enough ).

Its also part of the reason players use swords ( Damage doesnt change the fact that the opponent will die in 1 crit+regular or 2 crits, depends on class, but the crits is heaven and earth diff. While fighters would actually rather have the extra block due to being paper, than extra AR with axes).

If you wanna balance FS to what the players want, thats the general idea.

The berserker mechanics is great, but the problem is that hes either too weak regularly, and extremely powerful, when at low hp, but you dont actually stay with low hp in this game, especially with a class without deff/evade/block.
