Even if this is not the mage tank in pvp, should at least kill against someone who possessed very physical defense.

Weak as always, miss like crazy, can't tank when pvp (unless have at least 1k HP). I wonder why staffs didn't do anything to help magic class? There are so many options: boots amplify, increase atk rate, improve the orbs, change HP formula.

Before discussing mage pvp and shit we have to wait the desired and waited changes to come into play.

 

Also, this thread has not the intention of bringing benefits to mages, since it may cause changes to happen before all skills released, which open path to screw mages again.

 

This guy who made the thread posted spam in a magician thread in the Portuguese session, in a intent to make it close. He is actually worried with FS, which has nothing to do with mage. One more of those melee users who thinks mages can't be a class to pvp and hunt.

 

Stop acting in bad faith like that or all you will get is to loose the lasting reputation you have.

I Voted NO , because Mage must be a support char in a PvP War , not a killer. BUT, Mage MUST be improved to be a good supporter, like make Distorcion stronger, Mage the best (Or second, fisrt Mech Tanker build) tanker, and make some buffs useful...

 

 

I think mage must be TANKER a lot, for at HUNT make a lure and kill all mobs, will not kill in x1, but in AOE , after a few minutes, will kill a lot of mobs...

"Magician is a support class", please don't make me laugh. I always hear something like "this thing are supposed to be this or that way" always when I hear this I think with myself "man, where they guys take off this shits, are they blind ? because it's obvious thanwtcreate a new world of PT,Wartale bring PT to another level and peoples can't see this?

Why "old" players have this kind of poor thought ? It's so clear thanwtupgrade the classes and this create a new concept of PT, why the people can't see this ?"

PT is in a constant changes and some "smart" guys try to keep ultrapassed ideas and supposes, if they continue this, all that will do is fail.Fail after fail, until the get what is happening here.

 

It's so sad when I saw some guys always trying to get improves for their classes and trying to screw up with the others.

 

I've said this in our thread about magicians in BR section,I've said this in an interview for rPT's journal too.

It's clear, so much clear than magicians will be more effective in Hunt/PvP, guys look at the t5, half of magician's t5 is for hunt/PvP !

It's so hard see that magicians will be more effective in PvP/Hunt?

Why the "smartest" guys here can see this ? why they trying to keep ridiculous and old concepts that doesn't apply anymore ?

 

 

Now JP, we had a little fight in BC some days ago, me vs your fighter, and you know than my mage are full 120+20 BOM itens and you killed me with ONE hit.

Removing skills and crap trying to make a mage support or tank hahaha nooo up the death beam power and double the dist power and gosh for a magic class that had robes abs waaay lower than any armor i can still hang with ppl 6-9 lvls higher than me ive dropped ppl wearing +20 donate crap so i think the mage is just fine the way he is now i wouldnt mind mind seeing death ray up in damage just a little but hey thats just a personal opinion of a player who is 6 years pro to a mage  :

Yeah, the magicians have a poor tank abilities in PvP when they use a build pure OR hibrid, in other words, when they want "kill" someone.

Improve their tank abilities not to be a master tanker smartass, but for magicians can "kill" without die with ONE hit.

Lol urm i got base health on my mage and a +15 sheild and im livin just fine now i cant handle 3-1000000 damn ppl hittin me at once but eh like mages were ever really meant for pvp they were str8 sod characters till prs got a massive aoe move and can use extinction in round 6

1hit ha could nva happen the skill hits 3 times or his other hits 2 times haha he not that good but then again i cant really talk cause im a mage but eh if i was fighter his lvl im sure it wouldnt be much of a challenge plus dohkito is a orb mage haha no block at all

Even with 800 spirit + 120 staff + bellum force, I kill mobs in et3 slower than mech.

It depends on your opponent. Try base health with 120 +20 weapon. And if you go to et3, Xetan can kill you in 1 hit. By the way, what is your level?
