For me this is the best suggestion. I choose my skin instead pay a unfair price to swap.

Instead of a random skin, add a ticket (could be "HG Skin Ticket") so the lucky winner can exchange it for any HG Skin (account bounded) he/she wants at the HG NPC.

Yes i agree, why are all this skins character bound?

Makes no sense. 

All the latest skins in coin shop is character bound as well.

Since we bought it using coins i don't see any reason to character bound it.

Hey there!

It's actually a bug, and you should be able to swipe it to another item type. We will fix it soon.

 

Ps. The HG chests are still in testing phase till we get the final rates and requirement to join. At moment the rates are higher because of the Xmas event.
