Overlady 5,233 Report post Posted December 28, 2023 (edited) In the latest patch, we initiated a testing phase for Battlegrounds with the goal of optimizing the game's balance. As a part of this balancing effort, we are excited to unveil a forthcoming game mechanic known as animation cancel. This innovative movement mechanic enables you to interrupt the 'recovery frames' of animations by walking or running. In simpler terms, you won't have to wait for the character to revert to its idle animation before executing another action, thereby enhancing gameplay speed and responsiveness to your inputs. Let's see what the phantom nail looks like now with animation cancel. The hit-and-run strategy is greatly favored by this new mechanic. Buffs can also be canceled, drastically reducing the time it takes to execute them. Majestic King 161 Report post Posted April 8, 2024 (edited) @Overlady would ideal improve the knight's Divine Piercing skill, is slow, almost doesn't hit, and there are 7 animation that hit a maximum of 2, the worst thing is, using it in the middle of 1x1 you are sure to die due the lack of hits and the damage that not is big deal. decreases to 5 animations and balance the damage equivalent to what it is today, adding the damage of the 2 removed animations to the remaining 5.
