Hi, I'm new towtand I know that most private servers have different rules than the original game, I'm wondering if shields can come in MGS and PRS? I haven't seen one yet, but I've only been playing for a two days. I'm assuming no. If not, what spec has the lowest strength requirement? Archer?

No, shields can't come in PRS or MGS spec.

 

Archer has the lowest strength with up to -25% of base. Atalanta has a max of -20%.
